Binghamton Man Accused of Sexually Abusing Child Under the Age of 11

A Binghamton man is accused of having sexual contact with a child.

Endicott Police March 7 arrested 38-year-old James Finsel on a felony count of sexual abuse for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11.

Police say the incident allegedly happened between January and March, 2019.

Finsel was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
