Binghamton Bearcats Look for Soccer Road Win

The BU Bearcats men's soccer team looks for a road win tonight at Hofstra.  A 2-0 loss at Princeton on Saturday dropped the Bearcats' record to 2-7-0.  Tonight's opponents from Hofstra are 3-3-2.  The Pride shutout Vermont 1-0 at Vermont on Saturday.

Binghamton's defense has done the job but the Bearcats are desperately looking for an offensive spark.  BU has been shutout in its last five games. The last time the Bearcats found the back of the net was on September 7 in a 2-0 win over Niagara.

The two teams have only played against each other one other time.  In that contest on September 7, 2012  Hofstra recorded a 3-2 win over Binghamton.

Following tonight's road game BU returns to the Bearcats Sports Complex this Saturday night for a 7 PM game against Hartford to open up America East competition.
