Binghamton Bearcats Drop Home Game Versus UMBC

The Binghamton Bearcats women's basketball team played host to the University of Maryland Baltimore County last night at the Events Center.  The Retrievers picked up the victory with a 71-55 score as they earned their second conference win of the season.

The Bearcats used a 21-5 run to overcome a large deficit to tie the game at 31-31 with just over two minutes to play in the first half.  Kim Albrecht was the top scorer for Binghamton with 19 points.  Jasmine Sina scored 13 points and Gintare Surdokaite added 12 points for BU.  Sherae Swinson hauled down 11 rebounds for BU.
