Binghamton Basketball Radio Show Set For Food & Fire

The Binghamton Basketball Radio Show debuts next Thursday, November 6th from 7-8 PM at Food & Fire, 560 Harry L. Drive in Johnson City.  The show will be broadcast live on News Radio 1290 WNBF for the ninth season and be held most Thursdays during the 2014-15 Binhghamton University basketball season.  It will be held on Tuesday evenings on three different occasions when game and travel schedules pose a conflict.

Head Men's Basketball Coach Tommy Dempsey and Head Women's Basketball Coach Linda Cimino will appear each week to talk about their teams, re-cap the previous week and provide a scouting report on upcoming opponents.

WNBF Sports Director and men's basketball play-by-play broadcaster Roger Neel will again act as host.

From time to time players from both teams will visit.  Fans will be able to ask the coaches questions and enjoy specials each week from Food & Fire.  Listeners will also be able to e-mail questions to be answered by the coaches each week.

The Binghamton Bearcats begin their men's basketball schedule this Saturday afternoon at the Events Center with a  2:00 PM game against Mansfield State (airtime at 1:50 PM on News Radio 1290 WNBF).
