The Binghamton Bearcats men's soccer team has been training hard in preparation for the upcoming season.  Paul Marco returns for his 18th season as head coach and welcomes 28 players including 13 newcomers to the team.

The Bearcats open their regular season on Friday, August 30 when they host Drexel at the Bearcats Sports Complex at 7 p.m.  Binghamton remains home to host Canisius the following Friday, September 6.  BU's first road contest is at Rutgers on Tuesday, September 10.

Leading the Bearcats on the field will be junior midfield standout Noah Luescher and senior back Stephen McKenna.  Luescher led the Bearcats in scoring last season with ten points on three goals and four assists.  He was named the America East Rookie of the Year in 2017 as well.  McKenna  started all 17 games for Binghamton last season and was named to the America East Honor Roll.

Binghamton opens the America East schedule on September 27 at New Hampshire.  The Bearcats home opener is the following weekend, Saturday, October 5 against UMass Lowell.
