The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team is home tonight to host the Colgate Raiders out of the Patriot League.  Tip time is set for 7:00 PM with air at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.  Binghamton had its four-game winning streak snapped on Sunday night with a 77-65 loss at Loyola, Maryland.  The Bearcats were not able to leave until Monday afternoon due to the snow and ice storm that caused treacherous driving conditions in Northeastern Pa. and our Southern Tier of New York.

Colgate is 5-3 this season and have won four straight games including last weekend's win over Siena.  The Raiders are led by junior Jordan Burns who is averaging 17 points a game and scored 40 points against Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Sam Sessoms continues to pace the Bearcats offense with an average of 19.1 points per game.  This week's America East Player of the Week is forward George Tinsley.  He is coming off of his season high 24 points against Loyola.  Coming into tonight's game versus Colgate he is averaging 12.4 points per game along with a team-leading nine rebounds per game.

In 16 previous meetings Colgate leads the series 11-5.  Last year at Colgate the Raiders defeated BU 76-68.
