The Binghamton Bearcats men's and women's basketball teams are in action on Saturday afternoon at the Events Center.  The women host Niagara University at 2 with the men taking on Sacred Heart to follow.  Both games will be broadcast on News Radio 1290 WNBF with coverage beginning at 1:45 PM.

The women put their undefeated record on the line against the Purple Eagles.  Binghamton is 3-0 while Niagara is 0-3.  Kai Moon has had an explosive start to her season averaging 28.7 points per game while Karlee Krchnavi is the team's leading rebounder grabbing 7.5 boards per game.  Jai Moore is the top gun for Niagara averaging 13.7 points per game.

In the men's game the Bearcats look for their first win of the season.  Binghamton is 0-3 with one of those losses coming against then #1-ranked Michigan State.  Sacred Heart is also looking for its first win.  The Pioneers are 0-2 with losses at Providence and UConn.  Sam Sessoms keys the Bearcats'  attack and scored a game-high 23 points at Columbia on Wednesday night.
