Both Binghamton basketball teams face the New Hampshire Wildcats on Saturday afternoon.  At 1 PM the BU women visit Durham to meet the Wildcats.  Then at 4 PM the BU men host New Hampshire at the Events Center.  Both games will be broadcast on News Radio 1290 WNBF.

The Bearcats women's team battled the top team in America East...Stony Brook down to the wire on Wednesday night. The Seawolves prevailed and came away with a 67-60 win...their 16th straight victory.  BU's conference record is 2-4 while New Hampshire is 3-3 in America East.

At the Events Center Binghamton hopes to duplicate its efforts displayed at Stony Brook.  The Bearcats topped one of the premier teams in the conference with an 83-79 victory.  Binghamton is 2-4 in the conference while the Wildcats are 2-3.

New Hampshire is led by Nick Guadarrama who is averaging 14.2 points per game. Sam Sessoms, coming off of a 26 point performance at Stony Brook,

continues to be Binghamton's primary weapon. Sessoms is averaging 18.2 points per game which is third in the conference.

In the all-time series both teams have won 19 times.  Binghamton won both games against the Wildcats last season. Prior to that the Wildcats had won nine straight meetings.
