Bearcats Face Hartford

Both Binghamton University basketball teams meet the Hartford Hawks tonight.  The BU men face the Hawks at the Events Center at 7 PM (air at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The women are at the Chase Family Arena in West Hartford to meet the Hawks. Fans can hear that game beginning at 6:45 on 1360 AM WYOS.

The women square off in a battle for sole possession of second place in America East.  Both check in at 4-2 and trail the New Hampshire Wildcats who are 7-0.

The men area at the other end of the standings.  Both the Bearcats and Hawks are 1-5 in conference play.  Tonight is also Coaches versus Cancer night.  The Bearcats are one of a number of teams around the nation who participate in fundraising for research and advocacy in the battle against cancer.
