Binghamton University honored two of its all-time greats in men's lacrosse today in a special ceremony in the Tau Room in the Events Center.  Garrett Waldron and Tom Moore both were presented with their All-American Awards by Bearcats' head men's lacrosse coach Kevin McKeown.  Both graduated this spring after leading their team to its best season ever at the Division I level.

Waldron recovered from a severe leg injury that sidelined him the previous season and was named the America East Defensive Player of the Year.

He keyed the Bearcats to the eighth-best defense in the country yielding 8.19 goals per game.

Moore played just one season with the Bearcats but made it a memorable one.  He set Binghamton University all-time records for most points in a season with 73 and goals in a single season with 48.

Both received All-America First Team honors from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association.  The only other BU men's lacrosse player to do so is current coach Kevin McKeown.
