Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a 14 year old Maine Endwell Middle School student is charged with making a terroristic threat by allegedly eluding to walking the halls of the school with a gun.

Deputies say they determined there was no credible threat to the safety of students and staff, but the incident incited fear.

In addition to making a terroristic threat, the teen is charged with menacing.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials, meanwhile, say a Plymouth teen is accused in connection with a threat toward the Otselic Valley School District.  The 17 year old is charged with felony making a terroristic threat.
