April means many things. Spring is begining to bloom. Outside temperatures (hopefully) are rising, and many are exitied to get outdoors after a long winter. Baseball has returned, and Easter falls on April 20th.

April is also the month for the American Heart Association's annual Southern Tier Heart Walk. Heart walks are held in the spring all across the United States. Our local Southern Tier Heart Walk is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th, 2025.

Throughout the morning of the walk, heart-healthy family activities will be held. Join in! Walk with your family, friends, co-workers, or solo if you want. Get all the details and form a fundraising team by visiting the Southern Tier Heart Walk website.
