Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver in FBI Custody.

New York State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver has turned himself in to the FBI following a lengthy investigation of his income from a law firm that has done business with the state.

Officials have not indicated the exact charges Silver may face.

The Manhattan Democrat had been at the center of a Moreland Commission probe until that commission was disbanded by Governor Andrew Cuomo last year.
