Assault With Pipe in Gilbertsville

A Gilbertsville man is accused of hitting another man in the face and head with a pipe during a dispute at around 10:30 p.m. April 1 on Ives Settlement Road.

New York state police say 34 year old Nathan Reigles is charged with felony assault.

The victim was treated at Tri-Town Regional Hospital for cuts to his face and head.

Reigles was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $5,000 bail.
