Broome County Sheriff’s officials are investigating another chase through the streets of the City of Binghamton.  Authorities say a driver failed to comply with orders to stop at around 3 a.m. July 10 and fled.

New York State Police, who are also assisting in the investigation, say the driver apparently took off on foot and, at last report, had not been apprehended.

July 6, 21 year old Rashid Patterson refused to stop for Deputies on Broad Avenue and fled, driving through intersections and speeding.  He was stopped on Chenango Street near Prospect Street and authorities said they found 29 bags of heroin and some marijuana in Patterson’s vehicle.
