State police say 30-year-old Dwight Halsey of Rosedale was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. They say his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.19 percent.

Investigators say Halsey also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, along with traffic violations.

Police say Halsey was pulled over on I-81 in the Town of Cortlandville around 8:40 p.m. Saturday. The speed limit on that section of the highway is 65 miles per hour.

Halsey was ordered to appear in Cortlandville town court on February 27.
