A reward is being offered as police work to find the person who robbed the NBT Bank office in Johnson City.

A gunman got away with some cash from the branch at 331 Main Street on July 2.

Village police say NBT has posted a reward of up to $10,000 for "original information leading to the apprehension, arrest and conviction" of those responsible for the robbery.

Investigators say the robber had a backpack and a black-and-white bag. He rode away from the bank branch on a mountain bicycle.

Police haven't said whether the bike or any other physical evidence from the robbery has been recovered.
