Three Broome County men are accused of having a quarter million dollars worth of crystal methamphetamine in their rented 2016 Ford F-150 truck when they were stopped by New York State Police.

Troopers pulled the vehicle over on Interstate 81 north in Kirkwood at 4:30 p.m. December 8.

They charged 34 year old David Babenzien of Port Crane, 38 year old John Finnerty of Windsor and 26 year old Anthony Kosick of Binghamton with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers say they found over three pounds of crystal meth in the truck worth about $250,000 on the street.

All three men were sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
