Flood Recovery Funds Are Granted to SouthernTier Towns

A group of Southern Tier Towns, cooperating under the banner of NY Rising, is being awarded additional funds to continue recovery efforts from the 2011 floods.

Sentencing Set in Binghamton Stabbing

A Bronx man is expected to spend three and a half years in New York State Prison and five years on probation for stabbing a man near the Broome County Library on Court Street in Binghamton.
