Broome Parks Dept. Looks for Scarecrow Entries

The Broome County Department of Parks, Recreation and youth Services is holding its second annual Scarecrow Contest and Display.

Residents are invited to create and display scarecrows at Otsiningo Park with prizes being awarded for the most popular creations.

Entry forms must be received by Friday, September 22 with the creations completed by October 7 for display at the park October 8 through the 21st.

There is no fee to enter.
