Trail Improvements Planned at Otsiningo Park

Work on a $500,000 trail upgrade at Broome County's Otsiningo Park in the town of Dickinson is scheduled to start in about four months.

Otsiningo Regional Farmers Market Planned

A regional farmers market planned for the Binghamton area is expected to cost more than $500,000 to develop.

The market site is to be built at Broome County's Otsiningo Park in the town of Dickinson
