Woman Charged After Nichols Parking Lot Crash

A Chemung County woman was arrested following a crash in the parking lot of Tioga Downs in the town of Nichols.

Authorities say 62-year-old Pamela Masciole of Horseheads was charged with driving while her ability was impaired by drugs and driving while intoxicated.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Masciole was arrested Saturday afternoon.

No injuries were reported in the crash.

Masciole was ordered to appear in Nichols town court on May 19.
