Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Windsor man is facing a number of charges following a domestic dispute on North Road July 12.  38 year old Matthew Bullock is accused of being high on drugs and threatening to hit a woman at the home.

Authorities say they found a packet testing positive for methamphetamine in Bullock’s wallet, marijuana and a handgun that had several serial numbers defaced.

Bullock is charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm and lesser counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and harassment.
