For teachers, parents, and students alike, it felt like the end of the school year would never come but it finally has and to celebrate, a group of teachers from the Whitney Point School District created an end of school year parody video, uploaded it to YouTube on Tuesday and have already gone viral with over 6,500 views in less a week.

Inspired by late night TV show host Jimmy Fallon and his band, The Roots, who are known to make parody videos of well-known songs using kid’s instruments, the Whitney Point teachers spoofed the song ‘Bye Bye Bye’ by NSYNC with an original song they call, 'BYE BYE BYE wp teacher edition'. In the song, the teachers make references to summer vacation, sleeping in, and even the fact that they won’t have to walk by lockers and wonder what the smell is that’s coming from inside.
