Wegmans Recalls Some Store-Brand Vegetables

Wegmans is recalling some vegetable products.

The supermarket chain is recalling its store brand cauliflower rice, stir fry blend and “Veggie Rice Blend” over concerns of E. coli contamination.

The cauliflower rice being recalled is in one pound and eight ounce packages.

All products can be returned to the store for a full refund.
