Walton Woman Accused of Failing to Pay Insurance Company

A Village of Walton woman is charged with felony grand larceny for allegedly withholding payment to an insurance company.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say 44-year-old Deanna O’Connor was arrested December 10 in connection with an investigation into a reported burglary and insurance claim.

Authorities say O’Connor was accused of withholding property or payment for that property to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

The Walton woman was ordered to appear in Village of Walton Court at a later date.
