Van Etten Woman Dies in Tioga County Crash

A Chemung County woman is dead following a crash in Tioga County.

Sheriff’s officials say 29-year-old Lena Brodie of Van Etten was driving a Toyota Prius south on Route 34/96 in the Town of Spencer at 9:17 p.m. July 11 when her vehicle left the road and hit a concrete embankment.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say the investigation is continuing.
