Two Die in One-Car Crash in Chenango County

New York State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash in Chenango County that has left two people dead.

A passing motorist noticed marks on the road and trees and brush down on County Road 2 in the Town of German shortly after 2 p.m. September 3 and found the crashed vehicle.   

State Police say it appears the vehicle left the road near County Road 5 for an unknown reason and crashed. It’s not known when the crash happened. 

Two people found dead at the scene had been ejected from the vehicle.
