Investigators said they determined that people in a white sport utility vehicle and a silver sport utility vehicle shot at each other. Police recovered ten shell casings in the area.

The white SUV was found by police a short time later parked in a driveway of a residence at 255 Oak Street.

Authorities have charged 38-year-old Nayquen McKoy and 18-year-old Savon Turell with several counts of criminal weapon possession and possession of stolen property. The Binghamton men were arrested as a result of a search of the Oak Street home.
