A Tully man is facing charges in Cortland County following a crash at the intersection of Truxton Tully Road and Boreas Pass in the Town of Truxton April 7.

Authorities say they talked to 57 year old Eric Godiers who apparently was driving south on Truxton Tully Road and lost control, hitting a ditch.

Godiers sustained a leg injury and Deputies say they determined he was intoxicated.

Godiers was taken to Upstate Medical Center for evaluation.

He’s charged with drunk driving, speeding and moving from a lane unsafely and was ordered to appear in Town of Truxton Court later this month.
