Tioga County Man Charged with Unlawful Imprisonment

Authorities say a Tioga County resident was arrested following a domestic disturbance.

According to the county sheriff's office, 46-year-old Kelly Clark of Newark Valley was charged with unlawful imprisonment and harassment.

The charges are in connection with a reported dispute at Clark's residence on Dalton Hill Road.

Investigators say Clark was issued appearance tickets. He was ordered to appear in Newark Valley town court on August 27.
