A Texas woman, arrested in November at a Town of Dickinson motel, is now under indictment for felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

26 year old Brynna Teague was arraigned last week under accusations that she had at least one gram of methamphetamine while staying at the Fairfield Inn on Upper Front Street.

She’s due back in court next week.

New York State Police responded to the motel on November 2nd with a report that a guest felt he was in danger.

Once there, the authorities say they found the threat report was unfounded but three guests were in possession of three-and-a-half grams of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana.

In addition to Teague, 44 year old Richard Sandell of Texas and 24 year old Richard Sandell Junior of Oklahoma are facing charges in connection with the incident.
