Criminal Mischief

27-year-old Jacob O’Brien of Endicott was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, Child Endangerment, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

Assault In The Broome County Correctional Facility

Following an investigation into a physical altercation, the following were charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony:

  • Gary Lanzo from Johnson City
  • 29-year-old Ulysses Jordan of Endicott
  • Rondell Dowdell, age 37 of Endicott
  • 26-year old Anthony Perez of Binghamton
  • Dontreyl Wolfe, age 24 of Binghamton

Assault

Gaven A. Knighton, age 28 of Binghamton, NY, was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a physical altercation in the Broome County Correctional Facility.

Grand Larceny

Following a larceny investigation in the Town of Dickinson, Scott Briggs from Endicott was charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony.

Criminal Possession

28-year-old Cory Bennett of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.

Following a traffic stop in the Town of Union, Corey Talcovi from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.

Conspiracy

Trisha Babenzien of Port Crane was charged with Conspiracy in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a pursuit in the City of Binghamton.
