If you were standing in the grocery store and someone had a medical emergency, would you know how to use the store's Automated External Defibrillator (AED)? What about if you were in a restaurant and someone stopped breathing, would you know how to perform CPR?

If you want to make sure that you're equipped to help your fellow man the best you can by knowing how to use an AED and perform CPR, you might want to attend the AED/CPR training class being held at the Nimmonsburg United Methodist Church. The church is located at 918 Upper Front Street in Binghamton just across from SUNY Broome.

The AED/CPR training will take place on Saturday, March 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. During the training, you will have the opportunity to learn how to save a life or refresh any AED/CPR training you've received in the past.

The training costs $25.00 per person and people of all ages are welcome. To sign up or for the answer to any questions you might have, please reach out to the Nimmonsburg United Methodist Church office at 607-724-5421.
