National Weather Service in Binghamton is advising residents that there could be a little bit of snow to complicate travel overnight.

Motorists may encounter some road conditions more akin to November 22 than April 22 as late-season snow and cold visit the Twin Tiers.

There seems to be an increase in the number of police calls for tow trucks as plows aren’t able to get down residential streets due to mis-parked cars.

PennDOT said it began treating road surfaces in Northeast Pennsylvania, including Bradford County, with anti-icing solution in the afternoon of January 29.
