Cold temperatures continue to be a concern for much of the Twin Tiers through at least midday January 11 while a blast of lsnow has coated some roadways.
The National Weather Service has issued Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Storm Watches for the Southern Tier, Central New York and Northeast Pennsylvania.
Much of the Twin Tiers is shivering under below-zero wind chills as winds kick up a small accumulation of snow from January 28 through early January 19.
The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Cortland Count with a possibility of accumulating lake effect snow.
