Syracuse Man Stabbed to Death in Cortland

A Cortland man is accused of murdering a Syracuse man at the Northcliffe Apartments in Cortland December 20.

Police say 36 year old Terry Walker was found stabbed to death at 2:06 p.m.

43 year old Randy Wilkinson was waiting for officers at the apartment and had been cooperating with authorities.

He is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

An autopsy is planned.
