Susquehanna Dump Truck Driver Accused of Driving Impaired
A Susquehanna, Pennsylvania man is accused of driving a truck while ability impaired by drugs.
New York State Police say witnesses reported 21 year old Zachary Boman was driving a Kenworth dump truck erratically on Interstate 81 northbound in the Town of Kirkwood at 10:21 a.m. June 12.
Drug test results are pending.
Troopers say Boman had opiates and a syringe in his possession.
Boman is charged with driving a commercial vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was sent to the Broome County Jail on $1,500 bail.
