Authorities say 22-year-old Sevon Langston, who lives at the College Suites project in Cortlandville, was charged with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.

According to the Cortland County Sheriff's Office, a woman said she had been "shoulder bumped" and held against a wall by Langston during the March 15 incident.

Investigators say Langston turned himself in the following day. He was arraigned in Cortlandville town court and released on his own recognizance.

Langston was ordered to return to court on March 28.
