Johnson City Police say a 28 year old Binghamton man is being treated for stab wounds following an incident at the Hookah Heaven bar on Main Street December 30.

Authorities say they received a call of shots fired in the area of Wilson Hospital at 12:44 a.m.but determined no shots had been fired and there was no threat to the hospital.

32 year old Rashameh Johnson, who was also being treated for injuries, is charged with felony assault.

Police say the victim had been critically injured but, at last report, was listed in stable condition.

Johnson was sent to the Broome County Jail.
