Several Illegal Drugs Found During Traffic Stop Near Hancock

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a Milton, New York woman is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Hancock November 25.

Deputies say they found 28-year-old Kristin Shoulars had several controlled substances in her possession and was driving while her license was revoked when they pulled her over on Route 17.

She was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Shoulars was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 bail.
