Sayre Man Charged Following Waverly Crash

A Bradford County man is accused of reckless driving following a two vehicle crash May 13 in Waverly.

Village Police say they responded to the crash at 1:30 in the afternoon on Cayuta Avenue and charged 76 year old Richard Rinebold of Sayre with reckless driving, obstructing governmental administration, failing to keep right and driving without a license.

Police say there were no injuries reported.
