Pennsylvania State Police say they, along with Athens Police, the U.S. Customs Department, Homeland Security and the U.S. Postal Service have been able to intercept a package containing the designer drug ‘Bath Salts’ that was shipped to the United States from China.

23 year old Wyatt Yanney of Sayre was arrested August 28 after taking possession of the package containing 500 grams of Alpha PVP, worth an estimated $50,000 on the street.

Police say they also found cocaine, heroin, marijuana and another designer drug: Molley at his home.  U.S. currency, assault rifles, handguns and a shotgun were also seized.

Yanney is charged with felony intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility as well as four misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

He’s being held in the Bradford County Jail on $15,000 bail.
