A Bradford County teen is looking at up to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of homicide by vehicle in a crash that left two people dead.

19 year old Tyler Freeman of Rome was driving a pickup truck on Route 187 in May when he attempted to pass another southbound vehicle.  Freeman’s truck hit a northbound motorcycle head-on.
