Possible Gunshot Reported Fired at Vestal Car Dealership

Vestal police were seeking two men following an incident at a town automobile dealership.

Detectives were investigating a report of at least one gunshot being fired at Matthews Kia and Subaru at 3013 Vestal Road.

Police were called to the business around 7:25 a.m. Monday. No injuries were reported in the incident.

Investigators were looking for a "newer model" black four-door Volkswagen which had left the scene. The vehicle last was reported traveling west on Vestal Road.

Detectives were seen taking photographs and looking for evidence at the dealership, which is located between Sycamore Street and Prentice Road. The business is northeast of the Lowe's Home Improvement store.

Investigators said they were trying to determine what had happened before police were called.
