UPDATE: Police Locate Missing Windsor Girl

New York State Police say Hannah has been found and is back with her family.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Investigators are trying to locate a 16-year-old Broome County girl who has been missing for several days.
According to New York State Police, Hannah Riley did not return home from her school in Windsor on Thursday.
Authorities say Hannah was last seen wearing sweatpants, a pink sweatshirt with the word "Fly" on it and teal-colored Crocs footwear. She was believed to be carrying a pink backpack with the word "Champion" on it.
Police say Hannah may have changed her clothes. She apparently did not have a cellphone when she was last seen.
