An Endicott man is suspected of stealing DVDs from a neighbor and then selling them at a store in Vestal.

Authorities say 23-year-old John Durgala of Roosevelt Avenue has been charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.

Police say Durgala is accused of entering the neighbor's residence and swiping the discs. He then allegedly sold them at the Coconuts store in Vestal. The stolen items were recovered at the store.

Durgala was sent to Broome County Jail after his arraignment in Endicott village court.
