Owego Police Discover Meth Lab After Dispute
Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Three people were charged in connection with a clandestine methamphetamine lab in Tioga County.
Authorities say Owego police discovered the meth-making operation in the village while investigating a domestic incident.
Officials say 24-year-old James Decker and 24-year-old Stephanie Rockdashil were charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a child.
Decker and Rockdashil were arraigned in Owego village court and sent to Tioga County Jail on $100,000 bail.
Another woman, 20-year-old Megan Lozada of Owego, was charged with loitering. She was issued a court appearance ticket.
Police say they found several items used to make meth in the residence. They did not release the address where the purported lab was located.
