Pennsylvania Drought Conditions

In spite of lingering snow and a couple days with some rain over recent days, Pennsylvania is still painfully dry.

The State Department of Environmental Protection has issued a drought watch for 27 counties, including Susquehanna and Bradford in the Northern Tier.

Residents are asked to reduce water use and to check for any leaks in water-drawing appliances.
