Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of a Bradford County man who was hit by a vehicle while he walked across C.C. Allis Road in Orwell Township on February 9.

80-year-old Donald Allis of Wyalusing was killed when he was hit by a pickup truck driven by a Rome, Pennsylvania man at 8:04 a.m.

Authorities say the 27-year-old Rome man was driving southbound when his truck hit Allis as he walked across the road.  Allis was pronounced dead at the scene.

There have been no reports of charges in connection with the incident.
